This lovely first floor studio apartment is basking in gentle daylight and furnished with a new queen size futon bed, writing desk, lamps, breakfast table, and chairs, digital cable TV, high speed wireless internet, a/c, linens, towels, and everything you will need for a great vacation. It has a kitchenette with all needed dishes and glasses, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. - full fridge and a stove. Has a nicely tiled bathroom with large French bath/shower and large closet. Parking permit included. Picture window to front garden. This is in a beautiful Art Deco building 2 1/2 blocks from the famous ocean drive, beaches and shopping. Located in the heart of SoBe (South Miami Beach, Florida). Available to grown-up and responsible students only (no revelry in the studio) - if you like to party or shop, the famous South Beach clubs and stores are very close but far enough to not hear the noise.
